Go to your profile settings by clicking on the top far right on the avatar.  Click on settings on the drop-down menu and scroll down and select change your password.

Most issues are solved by clearing your web browser’s cache and cookies or logging out and logging back in.

Check your computer volume level or that your speakers are plugged in. Failing that, try rebooting the computer encase it is a driver or plugin related issue.

You may be experiencing slow data transfer.  Try to pause the movie and wait for more of it to download before you resume playing, this should help it will play without stopping.
